Fast-drying, warm, and built for changeable conditions - this alpine layer works solo or with other compatible Switch pieces for all-season mountain performance. Balancing moisture management for intense ascents with warmth for exposed belays, this alpine layer features zoned Octayarn insulation, a wind-resistant stretch outer, and articulated fit. Works alone or layered with other Switch pieces, performing as outer or midlayer in severe mountain conditions.

• Lightweight 20D RS Nylon outer fabric. Wind resistant, with mechanical stretch for freedom of movement
• Durable water-repellent (DWR) finish. Sheds rain and snow to keep the outer fabric drier for longer 
• Octayarn Warp-knit lining. Exceptional insulation, breathability and comfort
• Doubled Octayarn in the shoulder and upper arms. Increased protection and warmth in areas most exposed to weather and abrasion 
• Mountain Helmet Compatible Hood. Comfortable, adjustable, rolls away, can be used with or without a helmet
• Alpine fit, articulated and preshaped sleeves. Freedom of movement, no excess fabric 
• 2-way YKK® Vislon® centre front zip. Vent and layer with ease
• 2 zipped hand warmer pockets and 2 chest pockets. Secure storage  
• Adjustable cuffs and dual-tether hem drawcords. Seal out the wind while adjusting the fit precisely

Policy:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we'll be more than happy to help you with an exchange or refund. All items purchased online are eligible for a refund or exchange provided that they are returned to us within 30 days in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

We offer a free returns service with Royal Mail. However you may return your order to us in person at our Ambleside store or via a different courier at your own cost. Please note that if you choose to use a different courier or service we will not cover the cost of the return.
