Can I Click & Collect?

You can Click & Collect from any of our stores by placing your order online as normal and calling or emailing to inform us that you would like to collect your order and which of our locations that you would like to do so. If you have paid a delivery charge we will refund this back to you on the payment method used to place the order.

Please Note: Although it may be possible to process some orders for collection within a couple of hours, other orders may take up to 2-3 working days as the stock may be in a different store from the one you wish to collect from. You will receive a call or email to let you know when the order is ready for collection.

Can I Click & Collect and not pay Postage?

If you place an order and would like to Click & Collect from one of our stores you will initially be required to pay our standard postage charge if the order is under £50, however this will be refunded back to the payment method used to place the order.

To avoid any disappointment and to ensure that the item you're after is in the correct store, please call us on 01386 854995 before placing you order so that we can advise on stock levels and make sure that your order will be ready within the timescale you require.In some instances it may be faster and more efficient for us to post your order directly to your address however we will advise of this at the time.
