The Ortles Ascent Mid Gore-Tex® mountain boot is a solid solution for alpine mountaineers. Its thick suede leather upper, SALEWA® 3F System with steel cables and reinforced TPU rand make it exceptionally robust and durable, while the stiff carbon-loaded nylon fibreglass insole increases stability during activity. It has been engineered with a dual density expanded polyurethane midsole with dedicated stiff and cushioned zones, to ensure both comfort and precision, while the interchangeable layers of the Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) allow a customizable fit.The semi-crampon-compatible Vibram® Alpine Guide sole unit is engineered for traction, durability and reliability on difficult terrain at low temperatures. Its overall firmness is a key factor for use with crampons on snow and ice. The tread design features self-cleaning lugs for outstanding grip and a climbing toe profile for high edging performance.

Policy:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we'll be more than happy to help you with an exchange or refund. All items purchased online are eligible for a refund or exchange provided that they are returned to us within 30 days in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

We offer a free returns service with Royal Mail. However you may return your order to us in person at our Ambleside store or via a different courier at your own cost. Please note that if you choose to use a different courier we will not cover the cost of the return.
